Calculate your costs

The example above shows how starting prices are calculated for semi-monthly or bi-weekly payroll cycles using a $20 base fee. Weekly frequency has a $10 base fee and quarterly payroll has a $75 base fee.

Payroll costs in the United States include 10 state and/or local payroll tax payees. Additional payees are $2 each.

The online payroll system that does exactly what you need

Ensure everyone gets paid with our comrehensive, flexible and easy-to-use payroll software.

Payroll Calculations

As a small business owner or a startup founder, you don’t have a lot of time for complex payroll calculations! With our easy-to-use payroll software, all you have to do is enter the gross pay rate and our app will automatically do the gross-to-net calculations for you.

Federal, State & Local Taxes

Payroll taxes are calculated and collected with each payroll. Based on your filing and reporting schedule, we accurately submit all the taxes and reports on your behalf. This means you don’t have to worry about reconciliations, late payments or penalties.

Direct Deposit

Once your payroll is approved four business days prior to the desired paydate by 3pm EST, your company’s bank account will automatically be debited, and your employees or contractors will receive their pay directly in their bank accounts on pay day.

Contractor Payments

Pay both your hourly/salaried employees and contractors via direct deposit. At year-end, we provide the Form-1099s for all your contractors, and the best part is that they can access their pay stubs and Form-1099s online via their Wagepoint account.

W2/1099/W3 Reports

At year-end, we automatically populate all W2s/1099s with the payroll amounts for the year, and we submit them to the IRS on your behalf by January 31 each year. Your staff can log in to their Wagepoint accounts to view and print their W2/1099.

Wage Detail Reports

The good folk at some state departments require employers to submit details of their Employees’ wages at the end of each quarter. Wagepoint submits these quarterly reports on your behalf, which means it’s one more payroll task you can cross off your list.

New Hire Reporting

Federal and state laws require that all new and/or re-hired employees are reported to the government for inclusion in the State directory. Wagepoint takes care of this and submits your New Hire Reports within 20 days of adding a new employee or re-hiring an employee.

Additional Incomes

Want to add bonuses, commissions, expenses, holiday pay, overtime or really anything at all to your employee’s paycheck? Wagepoint automatically calculates the tax implications of any income added to a regular pay, so you don’t have to do the math.

Additional Deductions

Easily deduct 401K contributions, health benefits, parking etc. from an employee’s paycheck. Wagepoint automatically figures out the tax implications of all the deductions, and once again, you are free to spend your time on the more fun aspects of business building.

Online Pay Stubs

Your staff can access their pay stubs for every single pay date, from the date you start using Wagepoint. Terminated employees can have access to their Wagepoint account to be able to view and print their old pay stubs and year-end reports as needed.

Workers' Compensation

We have partnered up with E-Comp to offer Pay-as-you-go Workers' Compensation plans. Unlike traditional Workers' Compensation you don’t have to pay a deposit or down payment, and your premiums are calculated based on actual payrolls.

401(k) Plans for Small Business

We have partnered up with Ubiquity to offer two types of 401(k) retirement plans. Express(k) plans are ideal for businesses looking for an easy, ready-to-go plan, while the Custom(k) plan gives you the flexibility to maximize savings for your business and employees.
